History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nora was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Naeris was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids
