History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Uthemar has worked very hard to control his curse. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Kathra was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Kathra never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
