History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Dara is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. After coming to the age of reason, Dara took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
