History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
