Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Shane was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ploughman.
