History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Brottor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Emma was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
