History: Born in the south to a Detective, Ortegar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift.
