Description: She is an average looking southern female in her early mid-life. She is wearing a long, brown cloak. Her tied-back hair is brown. Her skin is flawless and her violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alice. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and revenge

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull red iron scale mail. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her red hair is greasy and uncared for. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Being a Merchant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
