History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has taken up work as a Butcher and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
