Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.
