Personality: Wiggens speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He takes great joy in being the best Map Maker in town.

History: Wiggens lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Slave Trader, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
