Description: This man stands a little under 3'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Sapply's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his father struggled to pay the bills. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
