History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with his Courier father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Adrie was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.
