Description: He stands about 5'6" and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Miles isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Miles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has never given up on her writing dream.
