Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a Performer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Ubada was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. His white hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He got into the Barrister business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and balancing his hectic life and new barrister responsibilities is difficult

Description: She wears a green costume with the symbols of strength on her torso. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her crest, while still mostly green, has prominent grey streaks. Her red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Surina is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The war was a terrible time for her, and Surina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Surina was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle
