History: Born in the north to a Jeweler, Thea learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
