Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Traki fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. She is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering her clean studded leather. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her hair is short and silver. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Maynild enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears tattered old clothes. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Ombul hails from a village terrorized by drow. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears long strands of topaz and short tan dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She has moderate length black hair. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: Pyntle lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents enrolled her in a Ranger school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with her brother
