Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kellen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kellen. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and gnomish compassion

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
