Description: She is in excellent shape and wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on her belt. Her black hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Banker. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: Born in the west to a Banker, Emen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He prefers to wear tan clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair is short and black. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Paggen will drive conversation. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Paggen hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Paggen was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: This woman wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her hair is golden and curly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Gifted from a young age, Elysande studied abroad. She found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She tends to her Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: Susannah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
