Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her silver crest is greasy and uncared for. This gold eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.
