Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Paelias will drive conversation. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Paelias was born the youngest of three triplets. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
