History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.
