Description: This man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Hadarai hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Hadarai began to lead the lost caravan. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is content; and revenge

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She tends to wear a white poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She has moderate length silver hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.

Personality: Pearl speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She got into the Detective business at a young age. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has achieved small success as a Detective.
