Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'3". He is wearing a tight red one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and his gloved hand is found clutching a warhammer. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He got into the Farmer business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Wiggan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
