Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
