Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
