History: Dariff was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gadreel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
