Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Shane was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shane's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Fabien isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Fabien reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Masseuse and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Priest for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to be a body guard again

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. He has done his best to style his brass crest to look like a famous performer. This gold eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to find somewhere to settle down
