History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has wavy brown hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mary alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and she wants revenge against gnolls
