Description: This exceptionally lanky man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Balam is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Masseuse, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has dyed his greying rusty crest a little too much giving a sharp rusty color. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Pijjirik began to lead the lost caravan. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.
