History: Zaffrab lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Description: She stands about 4'3" and wears a grey shirt, with a green mid length skirt with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Assassin father left her crippled. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Artin was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
