The war was a terrible time for her, and Anne does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. When Anne reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. History: Gifted from a young age, Rieta studied abroad. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Herbalist. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
