Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is long and golden with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

He is physically well-built. He has shaved his head bald. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ralf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: She prefers to wear red pants and tee shirts. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her chestnut hair is singed and shortened. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Portia took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
