Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Beleth is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Sailor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
