History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She worked as a nervous Herbalist and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

History: Born in the north to a Laborer, Qualen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Laborer and found it very stressful. Being a Laborer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult.
