History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Jarana alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Jarana and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
