Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her white hair is cut short. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born in a small island village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Nagrette took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and black handkerchief worn on his right side. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Raer was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'3". She is typically in her Dyer uniform. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Panana was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her childhood dream was to be a Bather, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Fibblestib hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
