History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Huru is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Shava was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Rosamund enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
