Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
