Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His fierce black eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Chem was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Chem's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: She stands about 4'10" and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She has a very tight haircut. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to get a good night's sleep
