History: Pikar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone.
