Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are green.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sellsword. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Heian reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and many goblins want him driven away
