History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
