History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Puyet was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Seamstress. Being a Seamstress kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was.
