Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Oskar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
