History: Avelina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Gifted from a young age, Elama studied abroad. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Elama alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away.

History: Thorpe was born the youngest of three triplets. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
