Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Fortune-teller who has hired him part-time. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Foxilon hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Foxilon has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
