History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Maynild alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available she will default to her pickaxe. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Daar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sarah was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
