Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A true patriot, Pelt would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Pelt was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: Tûhorn was born with his father's beautiful face. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
