History: Dariff hails from a village terrorized by giants. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
